Ordering and Shipping
To obtain more information about the items that you are interested in or to place an order, please call us at
775-853-6533 (11 AM – 5 PM daily Pacific Time) or

We accept payments through PayPal, all major credit cards, certified checks, wire transfers and corporate checks. All items have to be paid in full before
shipment.
All items will be shipped from our Reno warehouse, and we will provide you with a shipping and handling quote upon request.
Of course, you can also arrange for your own pick-up at our warehouse.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item you must first obtain a return authorization from Antique Oriental Furniture. Furthermore, a return
must be done within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note that all return expense are the responsibility of the buyer. Once
the goods has been received in our warehouse and found in original condition, we will credit the return minus our
costs for shipping and handling.
All items offered by Antique Oriental Furniture have been carefully selected for their beauty and quality. They have all been
professionally restored; however, we have been very careful not to restore any item so it looses its antique touch and feel. The
wood has aged over time, and all joints, doors, drawers, etc. may not be in their original perfect condition. We'll be happy to
provide you with additional detailed photos of the item(s) of your interest to make sure that what you receive is what you expect.
